How we work
Land is not bought from a photograph
In Douala, the bad surprise rarely comes on the day of the visit. It comes afterwards: when the paperwork does not follow, when the markers do not match what was shown, when a third party turns up claiming the plot. So we work the other way round. We go and look, we check, and you pay nothing before that.
